Jumping Rope

1) Hold an end of the rope in each hand. Position the rope behind you on the ground. 2) Raise your arms up and turn the rope over your head bringing it down in front of you.

1) When performing a box jump, try to drive from your hips as much as possible. 2) Swing with your arms to give momentum. 3) If you choose to jump down rather than step down from the box, be sure to land in a soft squat.
